The application is basically a method to manage the events and training sessions at Elsner. It will be dealing with CRS, Sports, technical, fitness, and soft skills. The HR will be creating the session for an event and training. Then Employees can accept or deny the event according to their availability and requirements. If an employee accepts the event, they will only earn a credit score after the host marks their attendance. The host of the session will also leave feedback for the event. Every employees performance will be judged quarterly based on their credit score in the Elsner Elevate application.
